Viva Video XXII

So, Rovers have signed a player from a Premier League team, and not only that it looks like he’s not injured either. Heady days indeed for Rovers fans. But I know how cynical you can be; he may be the brother of a decent footballer but does thet mean he can play as well? And given that we also have Tomi Ameobi on the books its a very valid question. Thankfully our rummage round the internet has brought video evidence that Kazunga LuaLua can play a bit as well.

I remember clapping an excellent Bruno Ribeiro volley in Steve Beaglehole’s testimonial, but other than that and a goal for Ian Duerden on his return to Belle Vue I struggle to recall any opposition goal being warmly acknowledged by the home fans. If it happens its usually a sign of a trully wonderous strike and that is a statement that can be applied to this goal from Rovers latest addition. Loved by fans of both St James Park clubs I give you Kazunga LuaLua.
